Lottery

Today Willie gave me a lottery ticket for a Christmas gift.  I won $10.  We then got to talking about the second chance drawing for losing tickets.  Sis' told me all about it on her visit last year and I'd mentioned it to Willie as he is a big lotto player.  He'd never bothered with the second chance drawing before.  Anyhoodle, he said he sent in a bunch of them for this drawing but said they already drew, he was not a winner.  I said they draw more than one time...  I got on line for details.  As it turns out PA Lottery is now new fangled and will only take second chance drawing tickets on line and submitted on line from a computer within PA?.  So don't take your losing tickets on vacation out of state to enter during a lull.  Willie is not a computer guy.  He does not have one at home and other than the work function on ours at work, does not use the computer.  He sent two books of stamps worth of mailed in tickets; son of a basket weaver!  I think that sucks that they have gone totally web.  I can see that they accept them on line as they should but to not accept them also through the mail blows.  Some folks don't have a computer.  Some folks don't want to go to the library to use the computer.  Some folks still want to use snail mail...
