Tuesday not Luesday :)

Well le's see,
Christmas eve was spent with friends at their house (6pmish to 10pmish) as noted on fb.  Good time was had by all at least that is how it felt to me.  Rude was one guest who had 2 pizza/wing/breadstick boxes delivered by her husband even though the hostess said you need bring nothing.  So much of the eating was on the pizza foods and not the beautiful table the hostes laid out.  I ate the killer ham and cookies laid out by the hostess.  You know sometimes when the hostess says bring nothing she isn't just being nice it is because she has it covered!
Christmas day I did not go to church as I intended but sat at the table and read the paper with a cup of coffee.  We then went to the r.c. to visit with Pops.  He was sitting in the loby when we arrived.  We decided to eat there and it was quite nice.  The dining room was decorated nicely.  We were served after getting a salad from the salad bar.  I had crab stuffed flounder and Hubs had ham steak.  They then came table side wheeling a cart with assorted home made Christmas cookies, about 6 different kinds, over and above the desserts.  I had vanilla ice cream for dessert to go with the cookies I chose which were pumpkin chocolate chip and a blossom.  Hubs had blueberry pie.  Wine was offered with dinner as well.  Oh yeah they also had a lady with her young Son going person to person and he placed a chocolate pretzel candy cookie at each plate.  After dinner, 12:30 meal, Hubs went for a country drive with Pops on the short bus :) as noted and pictured on fb.  I stayed in the lobby reading my Kindle.  We left Pops about 4:30 and headed home.  We watched Fright Night starring Colin Farrell, eh it was OK.  Collin hawt though isn't he :).
Monday I watched Rango, voiced by Johnny Depp, while on the treadmill.  I liked the movie very much and the animation is superb.  I went with some Christmas money and bought two pairs of gloves.  I lost one glove to my best pair which were tired but I liked them.  I now have three pairs of tired gloves to give to the second store.  Hubs and I watched Trespass with Nick Cage and Nicole Kiddman.  It was OK.  I think Hubs enjoyed it, he said he did.

All three days I thought of my loved ones wondering what they were doing and hoping all was right with their worlds.

Tuesday working and brother is it SLOW!
